How the Notice Period Works

How the Notice Period Works

  1. The performance notice period is always 21 days to ensure you have time to focus on the areas of improvement and can not be ended early.

  2. Once a notice is initiated, you will receive an email with the notice and a performance improvement plan that you need to sign and send back to the team.

  3. If after the 21 days, you comply with the eligibility rules AND you increase your score by 2 points, then the notice period will be lifted and you will be eligible again for continuing to growth through our pay levels. Those rules only apply if you signed the document.

  4. If after the 21 day period you don't comply and / or you weren't able to increase your score, a 21 day off-boarding is initiated.

  5. Should the notice be triggered only due to not meeting the 75% capacity requirement, you will be offered a sufficient amount of new clients to remedy the situation during the notice period. Should you turn down a client that was offered, the team will not guarantee another one, which means you can not complete the notice period.

  6. Should the notice be triggered due to another reason, you are not eligible to request a new client. The team might, at their discretion, offer you a new client or not should you become ineligible.

  7. If a client is lost during the performance notice period, off-boarding is initiated.

  8. During the 21 days, your pay level will default to pay level 1.

  9. You can only have 1 notice period within 12 months.

  10. All bonuses will be deferred by 6 months after a notice period.
