For activities you conduct as a creative director you can collect capacity percentages, which then determine your total pay. Managing plans and add-ons counts towards your CD + Add-On Capacity while acting as a creative counts towards your total capacity. We expect all creative directors to have a minimum of 75% CD + Add-On Capacity.
