If they aren't doing the reviews in return, you can have a conversation with them to ask why they aren't submitting reviews and what you can do to make it easier for them to review you.

If you didn't submit reviews to your creatives, then don't expect them to do the same. You're the role model in the relationship with them so lead by example.
