The goal of the Designity Creative Director scoring system is to create a truly fair performance review system that considers many different points of view and doesn’t depend on one or a few individual's personal opinions. Showing the score with just a few reviews already would mean the score is influenced too heavily by those who provided these few reviews, and it would also cause the score to fluctuate when new reviews come in and not reflect a true 360 view of things.
