There are 4 titles for creative directors, depending on their score and lifetime with Designity. For each title, there are 2 pay levels:

Pay level 1 - 100% Capacity = $85,000 / year (1% capacity per day: $2.33)

​Verified Creative Director
71-75: Pay level 1 - 100% Capacity = $85,000 / year (1% capacity per day: $2.33)
76-80: Pay level 2 - 100% Capacity = $87,500 / year (1% capacity per day: $2.40)

​Lead Creative Director
81-85: Pay level 3 - 100% Capacity = $90,000 / year (1% capacity per day: $2.47)
86-90: Pay level 4 - 100% Capacity = $92,0500 / year (1% capacity per day: $2.53)

​Senior Creative Director
91-95: Pay level 5 - 100% Capacity = $95,000 / year (1% capacity per day: $2.60)
96-100: Pay level 6 - 100% Capacity = $100,000 / year (1% capacity per day: $2.74)

​Client Retention Bonus
We reward you for keeping your clients around! For each client, we will pay a bonus after the 12th month anniversary of their plan:

For Essentials Plans: $1,200 after each 12 month anniversary
For Plus Plans: $1,700 after each 12 month anniversary
For Premium Plans: $2,400 after each 12 month anniversary

Note: This is set to change in 2025 to a set $2,000 per client regardless of their plan, paid out after 20 20-month anniversary. This will only apply for clients that kick off after the new pay system has been released. We will send announcements before this takes effect.

​Merit Bonus
After working for 2 years at Designity, you quality for an additional bonus of $600 per year. For each additional year of lifetime, this bonus will increase by $300 per year (i.e. after 5 years: $1500).
