For Creative Directors on PTO during the BOV session, we understand the need for balance. While you may be exempt from attending, you are still expected to upload your work and coordinate with one of your Creatives to present it on your behalf.

If your PTO extends for the entire week leading up to the session, you may be fully exempt from participation and attendance.
