How the Accountability Score Is Calculated and Why It Is Important?

How the CD accountability score is calculated and its importance.

Updated today

At Designity we collaborate in an remote work environment and to do this successfully, we need to be able to count on one another. This is why Accountability is one of the fundamental pillars of our collaboration.

Score Calculation

The Accountability score is calculated by averaging out 1) Your Review Score and 2) the score for Accountability questions in reviews received from:

  • Client Reviews

  • Creatives Reviews

  • Quality Assurance (QA) Checks

The weight of this score is x2.

Why are we averaging out the Accountability score with the Review score? The Review score is a direct indicator of how accountable you are to your creatives and thus should be reflected in the Accountability score. This is the same for creatives.
