The Client Health Score reflects the overall health of a client’s account at Designity. It encompasses the client’s engagement with Designity’s services, systems, and processes, as well as their relationship with the Creative Director. Additionally, it indicates how well the client aligns with the Designity model.
This score is not part of a Creative Director's performance evaluation. Instead, it serves as a tool for the Client Relationship Team to assess and track the likelihood of a client continuing their partnership with Designity.
The score is calculated by averaging responses to direct questions posed to the client and assessments made by the Client Relationship Team regarding the account's overall status.
