Why record weekly client reports?
Weekly client reports are crucial for maintaining transparency, alignment, and demonstrating value to our clients. They serve the following purposes:
Internal Clarity:These reports provide status updates on each client account, offering a clear understanding of project progress, challenges, and next steps. This helps Designity’s internal teams and creatives to stay informed, aligned, and prepared to deliver value efficiently.
Client Communication: Weekly reports summarize last week’s activities, plans for the upcoming week, and delivered projects, ensuring clients and stakeholders stay informed. They unify client teams by clarifying what each creative has done and plans to do. Use recurring weekly calls for brainstorming and strategic discussions, while reserving routine updates for Loom reports to make the process more efficient.
Demonstrate ROI: These updates highlight the project’s return on investment, re-engaging disengaged stakeholders and addressing the concerns of finance-conscious decision-makers. Sharing reports with key figures like the CEO, finance director, and marketing director ensures they see the value of the work and stay connected to the project’s progress.
Score Calculation
For each performance pillar, we ask several questions during feedback reviews. You can score up to 10 points for each question. We then calculate the average score for that pillar and multiply it by 10, giving a maximum score of 100 for that pillar in that specific review. All the feedback scores are then averaged to give you the Total Pillar Score, which you see in your portal.
