How Are 90-Day Client Reports Scored and Why Are They Important?

How 90-Day Client Reports are scored and their importance.

Updated today

90-day reports are crucial for fostering transparency, alignment, and strategic planning with clients. These reports serve multiple key purposes:

  • Showcase Value: Highlight the accomplishments of the past 90 days through impactful statistics, project summaries, and client testimonials, demonstrating the return on investment to key stakeholders such as CEOs, financial directors, and board members.

  • Strategic Vision: Use the report to propose future projects, align with clients’ budgetary priorities, and maintain momentum in the project pipeline. This positions Designity as a proactive partner invested in the client’s long-term success.

  • Engage Stakeholders: Tailor the content to inform and excite all relevant stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of Designity’s impact. A Loom video overview adds a personal touch, connecting with the audience and emphasizing wins.

  • Support Decision-Making: By aligning with financial discussions and showcasing progress, these reports keep Designity top-of-mind and help prevent cancellations while reinforcing the social impact of the client’s investment.

Score Calculation

For each performance pillar, we ask several questions during feedback reviews. You can score up to 10 points for each question. We then calculate the average score for that pillar and multiply it by 10, giving a maximum score of 100 for that pillar in that specific review. All the feedback scores are then averaged to give you the Total Pillar Score, which you see in your portal.

Types of reviews where your Client Reports skills are rated:
