How Is the Designity Tools & System Score Calculated?

How the CD Designity Tools & System score is calculated.

Updated today

CDs should use Designity's portal to submit:

  • A timeline deliverable for each project.

  • A weekly loom report to each client every week.

  • A 90-day report to each client every 90 days.

  • One deliverable including a loom video showcasing the work every week.

  • CDs should educate clients about Designity’s platform and services.

  • CDs should place and organize all deliverables onto the client Miro board unless otherwise requested by the client.

Score Calculation

For each performance pillar, we ask several questions during feedback reviews. You can score up to 10 points for each question. We then calculate the average score for that pillar and multiply it by 10, giving a maximum score of 100 for that pillar in that specific review. All the feedback scores are then averaged to give you the Total Pillar Score, which you see in your portal.

The weight of this score is x2.

Types of reviews where your Designity Tools & Systems skills are rated:

  • Quality Assurance (QA) Checks

  • Submission Checks (via the Designity Team) - checking if your projects have a timeline deliverable, if you submitted at least 1 loom deliverable per week, if you submitted your 90 day reports, if you submitted your weekly reports.
