How the CD Problem Solving score is calculated.

Score Calculation

For each performance pillar, we ask several questions during feedback reviews. You can score up to 10 points for each question. We then calculate the average score for that pillar and multiply it by 10, giving a maximum score of 100 for that pillar in that specific review. All the feedback scores are then averaged to give you the Total Pillar Score, which you see in your portal.

Types of reviews where your Problem Solving Skills are rated:

  • Creative's Feedback

  • Client's Feedback

Sources for this score

Creative's Feedback

  • How creatives rate CDs Problem Solving Skills (Were solutions proactively sought out? Were tensions and discrepancies resolved? Were (creative) alternatives produced?)

  • How creatives rate CDs Critical Thinking and Inquisitiveness (Were thoughtful questions asked? Were conclusions drawn from the available information? Was logical reasoning displayed?)

Client Feedback

  • How clients rate the CD adaptability and flexibility in adjusting the project strategy as needed?
