The Trainings Completion Ratio is benchmarked based on what trainings we expect creative directors to complete as part of the onboard as well as on an ongoing basis:

Trainings Completed > 60: Score 100

Trainings Completed > 40: Score 90

Trainings Completed > 23: Score 80

Trainings Completed > 20: Score 70

Trainings Completed > 15: Score 60

Trainings Completed > 10: Score 50

Trainings Completed > 5: Score 40

Trainings Completed < 5: Score 10

The weight of this score is x1.

The Trainings & Learning score is calculated by averaging out the average scores from all trainings you completed and your Trainings Completion Ratio.
