Clients can pause their account for up to 2 weeks per quarter for $495, provided they have a settled zero balance at the time of the request. Their plan will automatically activate again after 2 weeks but they can also activate their account anytime during the pause with their account’s renewal date being extended by the duration of the pause. Any unused days from before the pause will be prorated to their reactivated plan.

Please note, no refunds will be provided for unused pause time.

Important: A Creative Director being on vacation does not require a client to pause their plan. A substitute Creative Director will manage the account during the original CD's absence.
