What happens when a client fails to make payment?

As a Creative Director, you should continue working on the client’s account, fulfilling projects and delivering source files as usual, unless you are notified otherwise. Payment matters are managed by the accounting department, and your compensation is guaranteed regardless of the client’s payment status.

Here are the key policies regarding late payments:

  • Late Fees: A $50 daily late fee is applied to clients who miss their payment deadlines.

  • Account Suspension: If a client fails to make payments for 10 consecutive days, their account will be suspended. There is a $200 fee to reactivate the account after suspension.

  • Copyright Ownership: All work produced during the non-payment period will remain the property of Designity until the outstanding balance is paid.
