When a client decides to pause their account, follow these steps:

  1. Notify the Creative Team:

    • Inform your Creative team of the pause and provide them with the client’s last day of work.

    • On the pause’s effective date, all creative work should stop, and the Creatives should be released from the account to take on new projects or allocate their time elsewhere.

  2. Pause Effective Date:

    • The pause can either take effect immediately or after the current billing period, depending on the client’s choice. Ensure the timeline is clear to all team members.

  3. Client Interaction During the Pause:

    • No client calls or creative work can occur during the pause.

    • If the client reaches out, kindly inform them that they will need to reactivate their account before work or communication can resume.

  4. Prepare for Post-Pause Collaboration:

    • Schedule a call with the client once the pause ends to realign and continue the collaboration.
