When a client decides to pause their account, it is crucial to promptly notify your creative team of when their last day of work will be.
On the date the pause goes into effect, all creative work should stop and the Creatives should be released from the account, allowing them to take on new projects or allocate their time elsewhere.
The client is allowed to have one call with you per week during their pause, but no creative work is to be done. Ideally, the pause should function as a strategic coaching time when you and the client can keep in touch and talk about future projects. Then, when they un-pause, you can immediately begin work on the new projects.
