The bonus structure for Creative Directors is based on the duration of time that a client remains under your management. Bonuses are awarded once a client has been with you as their Creative Director for 12 months, either from the initial Kick-Off call or from the point you took over the client from another Creative Director. After the first 12 months, you'll continue to receive the bonus every subsequent 12 months.
However, if an account is paused for more than one month, this time does not count towards the 12-month period, and the count will restart from the day the account is reactivated.
The bonus amounts are as follows:
Essentials Plan: $1,200 every 12 months of managing the client.
Plus Plan: $1,700 every 12 months of managing the client.
Premium Plan: $2,400 every 12 months of managing the client.
Bonus payments are included with the end-of-month payments, not with the mid-month payments.
