Your capacity as a CD is connected to the different work roles and client types you have. CDs must maintain a capacity of 75% or more at all times. If you ever fall below 75% capacity, you must request a new client as soon as possible.

You can view your current capacity on your Designity Portal when you review your Scores under the My Pay/ Scores menu.

Capacity is also displayed in the top left corner of the Pay Overview Tab.

It's important to note that you can view the kickoff data as well as the current plan in column D of the paysheet.
