If sufficient information was provided and you are still not getting replies, then you can take the following steps:
Ask your CD Circle for suggestions of Creatives who have the specialty and level you are looking for.
Check out the Community section in the portal to search for Creatives with the right skill set for your project.
Reach out to these Creatives directly via Slack to see if they are interested.
For assistance with talent needs not currently available in the Community, you need to click the CTA hire creative on the timeline and then select the option to hire externally.
