If your client wants to be under an NDA, have them submit an NDA request through the client portal. Once they do, you’ll get an email asking you to sign the client’s NDA form.

You will sign the NDA. It is important to note that if one W2 employee at Designity signs the NDA, then all other W2 employees are covered.

However, all 1099s must sign separate NDAs. You will need to have any 1099 contractor Creatives working on the account sign the NDA. After everyone has signed, send a copy of the signed form(s) to your client and then place the completed form(s) in the internal section of the client's Drive folder.

Upon signing an NDA, you will need to password-protect all project-associated Looms, Miro Boards, Drives, files, and other deliverables created for your client’s account. Don’t forget to provide passwords/access for the Creatives on the account.
