If you only require a Creative for a short period of time, you can determine their pay using the following formula: (Creative Rate / 30.4) x (Number of days)

This calculation provides the daily rate, which can then be multiplied by the number of days needed. The factor of 30.4 represents the average number of days in a calendar month. For example, if you require an Emerging Creative for 2 days, the calculation would be as follows: (500 / 30.4) x 2 = $32.79. In this case, the payment for a Creative working 2 days would be $33.
