What is the client portal and what is it used for?

Intro to the client portal

Before the Kick-Off Call, each client is provided with an online portal at clients.designity.com. To gain access, they use their work email and reset the password to create their own unique passcode.

In their portal, clients will find easy access to their deliverables, project timelines, source files, and any other project-related information. There is also information about their top 3 competitors available that provides valuable insights into news and social posts from competitors.

Clients can adjust their subscription, downgrade, pause, or cancel through their portal. They can also purchase add-ons for their plan, submit a support ticket, provide feedback, and more.
