In their portal, clients will find easy access to their deliverables, project timelines, source files, and any other project-related information. There is also information about their top 3 competitors available that provides valuable insights into news and social posts from competitors.
Clients can adjust their subscription, downgrade, pause, or cancel through their portal. They can also purchase add-ons for their plan, submit a support ticket, provide feedback, and more.
