To be promoted to Senior Creative Director, you will need to have a score between 91-100.
Scores of 81-85 are at the pay level 5 ($95,000 - $125,000) and scores at 86-90 ($100,000 - $130,000) are at the pay level 6. [Note: Pay ranges is at 100% - 120% capacity (based on a 40h work week]
Once the new level is reached, CD's must do the following to stay eligible:
- Maintain 75% CD + Add-On capacity
- Act as no more than 3 creatives
- Provide 3 reviews to 2 creatives
- Receive 3 reviews from 2 creatives
- Have one review from 80% of clients every 180 days via self serve or "guided check-in via CRM" (doesn't include 90 days report check-in, mid-trial check-ins, etc.)
