No, it is strictly prohibited to work with Designity clients outside of the platform. Designity invests significant resources into building client relationships, and these clients are part of our database.

This restriction applies to everyone working with Designity—creatives, Creative Directors, and in-house team members—both during your time with us and for the amount of time after the engagement ends as outlined in your agreement. Any violations will be investigated, and legal action may be taken to protect our business and community.

This applies to W2 employees as well as 1099 contractors.
