There are 3 titles for creative directors, depending on their score and lifetime with Designity. For each title there are 2 pay levels:

If you don't qualify to see your score: Creative Director
Pay level 1

If your score is between 71-80: Creative Director
71-75: Pay level 1
76-80: Pay level 2

If your score is between 81-90: Lead Creative Director
81-85: Pay level 3
86-90: Pay level 4
​
If your score is between 91-99: Senior Creative Director
91-95: Pay level 5
96-100: Pay level 6
