Ending a Kick-Off Call

Updated over 3 months ago

Please end your call by discussing the weekly check-in calendar. This calendar should offer multiple time and day options, ensuring the correct time zone is booked. It's essential to note that the account executive will write a performance review for the Creative Director (CD) after the call, which has an impact on growth scores.

To initiate your client's first project, follow these steps:

  • Schedule weekly recurring calls in your calendar and share them with the client by sending a calendar invitation.

  • Edit the brief and project timeline within 8 business hours/24 hours of the call.

  • Submit a Kick-Off call follow-up via this link (same link used for deliverables).

  • Break down the project brief and post job requests for creatives.

  • Choose and assign creatives for the client's first project (during the trial period, always act as one of the creatives).

  • Commence collaboration with your creatives.

  • Add creatives to Miro and any necessary Google Drive files.

  • Ensure you review and refine any submitted work before presenting it to clients.
