While most clients come with a specific need or idea in mind, there are situations where they may be uncertain about their first project. As a strategic partner, it’s your role to guide them by suggesting projects and priorities—this approach should be maintained throughout the entire collaboration.

  1. Use the Kick-Off Call:

    • During the Kick-Off Call, ensure the Project Request Form is completed.

    • If the client is unsure, use the first screen of the form to discuss the various project categories Designity offers.

  2. Suggest a Trial Project:

    • Propose a simple project aligned with their marketing or sales goals. Base your suggestion on your research and initial conversations with them.

  3. Strategize for Future Projects:

    • Recommend a 60-minute Strategy Session to collaboratively strategize their business goals for the next quarter.

    • If needed, initiate a second project specifically for discovery and strategy.

By taking this approach, you can help the client get started while building a clear plan for future collaboration.
