Each quarter, every Creative Director Circle nominates two potential representatives. From these nominees, Designity selects one representative per Circle to form a diverse and well-rounded Council.
The CD Council meets monthly with the Designity Team to:
Share feedback, ideas, and challenges
Prioritize and address key issues impacting CDs
Plan and support learning sessions
Strengthen connections with the In-House Team
Council representatives are responsible for:
Welcoming new hub members with a warm introduction
Keeping track of concerns, questions, and feedback from their Circle
Fostering positive communication and ensuring alignment with Designity guidelines
Attending three monthly meetings with the Designity Team
The CD Council plays an essential role in strengthening connections, improving collaboration, and ensuring every CD’s voice is heard.
