Projects can and should not be deleted on AirTable since all projects showing there come from a project request filled by the client.

If a project has been requested and is not needed anymore, set any of the not yet completed tasks to Project Cancelled. This will trigger an automation to set the whole project status to Cancelled. This way the project is still visible but marked as cancelled and can be filtered out.

Note: Cancelled projects can not be activated again. If a project is momentarily paused, set the project status to Paused by changing any not yet completed task to Project Paused (not Task Paused).
