At Designity, you can exchange Creatives on an account as many times as needed. For instance, you might engage a strategic designer for the initial phase of a project for 3 days, then switch to a graphic designer to complete the work.
To calculate payment for a short-term Creative, use the following formula:
(Creative Rate ÷ 30.4) × (# of days)
The 30.4 represents the average number of days in a calendar month.
Example Calculation:
If you need an Emerging Creative for 2 days at a rate of $500 per month:
(500 ÷ 30.4) × 2 = $32.89
In this case, the Creative would be paid $33 (always round to the nearest dollar).
Alternatively, you can input the start and end dates, along with the Creative’s level, into your payment sheet to calculate the amount automatically (Column H).
