To ensure Creatives are paid for their work, follow these steps:
Access the Payment Sheet:
Navigate to the Designity portal at directors.designity.com and go to My Pay.
Add Creatives to the Payment Sheet:
Each client has a dedicated block on the sheet. Add one row for each Creative by pulling up a template row (located under the blue-marked row) into the client’s section.
Fill in columns B to G (see explanation below:
Start Date (Column B): The first day the Creative started working.
Completion Date (Column C): The last day the Creative worked.
Specify Creative Level and Status:
Use the community section of your Director’s portal to confirm the Creative's level and status:
Levels (Hard Skills): Aspiring, Emerging, Senior, Pro
Statuses (Soft Skills): Temp, Verified, Super
The level should match the job post, while the status remains independent (e.g., a Super Pro Creative working on a Senior job post is paid as Super Senior).
Important Notes:
Always use a template row instead of copying another row to maintain correct data and formulas.
When replacing a Creative, ensure no date overlap: the new Creative’s start date must be at least one day after the previous Creative’s completion date.
