Finding Upworkers

We use Upwork to source qualified Creatives anytime we don’t have anyone in our vetted pool.

You will need to post the job to the Creative job board(s) like normal, and then begin the process of sourcing and vetting an Upwork freelancer for your job. See the Training Library via this link for more information.

Quick tip: Creative Directors maintain an ongoing list of great Upworkers! You can see it on the CD Resources Miro board via this link.

Lastly, if you’re stuck and can’t find good Upwork candidates, reach out to Qumars or Shahrouz to get help finding qualified candidates.
