Each client has a project in Airtable titled AA General where you can manage meeting notes. To do this:
Manually add a task named Meeting Notes (or a similar title) in the AA General project.
Use the task's notes area to type your meeting notes directly, or include a link to a Google Doc for more detailed reference.
To keep notes organized and consistent, set the task to auto-repeat by selecting the appropriate option under the Recurring Task drop-down. You can choose to repeat weekly or monthly, depending on the meeting schedule.
This method ensures your meeting notes are easily accessible by you and the client.
