If a client expresses interest in working with you outside of Designity, it is mandatory that you promptly notify the leadership team and ensure the client is informed about the possible breach of our terms.

Please be aware that such a violation can lead to significant and expensive consequences for both parties involved.

However, it's worth mentioning that Designity may consider exceptions to these terms if you transparently discuss the situation with management. The Designity team will evaluate the request and, if deemed appropriate, may consider alternatives such as a contract buyout.
