Follow these steps to hire Creatives for your projects:
Create a Job Post:
Every project requires a job post, even if you already have a Creative in mind or need to outsource work via Upwork.
You can create a job post using the Kick-Off Follow-Up Deliverable, the Timeline Deliverable, or the Post a Job button on your AirTable.
Include Key Details:
Add a comprehensive project brief, either by creating a new creative brief or using the adjusted and completed client's brief.
Include a Loom video overview to help Creatives quickly understand the project requirements.
Find Qualified Creatives:
If no responses are received within 4 hours, directly message qualified Creatives on Slack asking if they’d like to join your team. Use the Community section of your Director's portal to see everyone's specialty.
Finalize and Add to Pay Sheet:
Once a Creative agrees to join, add them to your pay sheet. For detailed instructions, refer to the Training Library or this article.
