All projects must be posted to the appropriate Job Board(s), even for projects that already have a Creative assigned, or for work that has to be outsourced to Upwork. To do so, you can post using the kick-off follow up deliverable, the timeline deliverable, or simply use the “Post a Job” link in your Creative Director portal. Look under the Project Management sidebar menu for that link.
Be sure to include a comprehensive project brief (edit your brief before posting the job!), and you can optionally include a Loom overview of the project to help new Creatives get up to speed quickly.
If you don’t get any responses to your post(s) within 4 hours, direct-message qualified Creatives asking them if they’d like to join your team for the project.
Once a Creative agrees, add them to your pay sheet. For more information, see the Training Library via this link.
