To reflect a paused client account in Airtable, follow these steps:

  1. Pause Projects on the Timeline:

    • For each open project associated with the client, set an open task to Project Paused. This action will automatically update the project’s status to paused.

    • Refer to this article to learn more about how to do this.

  2. Track the Pause in General Project:

    • Under the AA General project, create a task titled something like Client Account Paused. Include details about the duration of the pause for easy reference.

  3. Unpause the Account:

    • When the client unpauses their account, move the first Project Paused task of each paused project to the new start date of the project.

    • This action will update the task status to In Progress or Upcoming, reactivating the project.

By following these steps, you can clearly track and manage paused accounts in Airtable.
