To reflect a paused client account in Airtable, follow these steps:
Pause Projects on the Timeline:
For each open project associated with the client, set an open task to Project Paused. This action will automatically update the project’s status to paused.

Track the Pause in General Project:
Under the AA General project, create a task titled something like Client Account Paused. Include details about the duration of the pause for easy reference.
Unpause the Account:
When the client unpauses their account, move the first Project Paused task of each paused project to the new start date of the project.
This action will update the task status to In Progress or Upcoming, reactivating the project.
